Our Lakeside rowing boat gets regular use by guests in the warmer months.
For keen paddle boarders our lake shore provides the perfect entry point to push off from although equipment is not provided.
Or, for the very brave, our unique location on the southern shore of Windermere offers open water swimmers direct access to England’s largest natural lake.

Annual boat moorings run for the 2021 season from 1st April, packages from £4,500+VAT.
Package includes:
- Side on jetty mooring
